Well, the second leader's debate is fast approaching, on Sky News this evening at 8pm and also on Radio 4 and repeated at 11.30pm on BBC2.
David Cameron
What a different position from last week when Nick Clegg was an unknown quantity and there were extremely high expectations for David Cameron.
The Telegraph reports today David Cameron comments "I am bit nervous. Switch on the television and people say 'this is make or break time. You think, 'I had better not screw it up then'.
And then we have the predictable backlash as the opponents go on the attack but public opinion seems to have expected this and seen it as the sort of "old politics" they want to see the back of.
Our candidate, Grahame Hudson, having himself been on the national debating stage this week commented "it's amazing how the focus has changed so much and so rapidly with the LibDems moving from underdog to serious contender in just a week. I am sure Nick Clegg will again come out on top as people are starting to take on board the policies and not just the personality. It's great to hear our message finally being taken seriously and people on the doorstep are responding very positively."
