Our candidate, Grahame Hudson, appeared live today on Radio 5 Live, on the Gabby Logan show, debating defence issues with members of the other parties.

The main topic of discussion was the proposed scrapping of the Trident missile programme, one of the main defence proposals of the Liberal Democrats. This was supported today by a letter in The Times today, signed by a number of Generals, adding weight to the argument.

Grahame was able to effectively put forward the Liberal Democrat case and we think he quite clearly won the debate.
