Grahame Hudson at FSB Question Time
At a meeting organised by the Rutland branch of the FSB (Federation for Small Business) our candidate, Grahame Hudson, joined his Labour and Conservative opponents along with two local business people to answer questions on a wide range of issues.
There was, at times, some lively debate on both local and national issues and Grahame spoke eloquently and with conviction. His honest and direct approach, actually answering every question, drew regular applause from the appreciative audience.
The evening was chaired by leading political commentator Iain Dale, whose blog afterwards carried the comment about Grahame "LibDem candidate is v impressive". We couldn't agree more!
We would like to thank the Rutland FSB for holding the event, held at Oakham Castle on Wednesday April 1st.
We can now look forward to the hustings meetings planned for Melton, on April 26th and Oakham the following evening; more information to follow.
