All members are invited to the East Midlands Regional Conference, Saturday 21 February 2008, New College, Drift road, STAMFORD, Lincolnshire PE9 1XA. £10 per person advance registrations (concessions £6). See below for the agenda.

  • 11.25 Motion debate. A Fair Deal for Council Tenants. Proposed by Michael Mullaney
  • 12.10 Recruitment & Retention Presented by Ed Maxfield
  • 12.30 Lunch served by The Gallery Restaurant (£8.50 pre booked only)
  • 13.45 Coffee in the conference hall
  • 14.00 Andrew Stunell MP - Preparations for June 2009
  • 14.45 Workshop/training sessions. Improving your council's performance. Postal votes - ALDC. Impact literature - What really works!
  • 15:30 Workshop/training sessions. Euro Election Campaigning. Campaign Strategy - Andrew Stunell MP. Canvassing in 2009 - ALDC.
