Vince Cable and the Liberal Democrats have outlined 4 main strategies for economic recovery which are 1) Cutting taxes for struggling families so they have more money in their pockets 2) Lowering energy bills so people can afford to keep warm this winter 3) Keeping people in their homes so they don't need to fear unfair repossessions 4) Lowering mortgage payments and funding cheaper business loans through big interest rate cuts
